We offer courses for both the general public and Health Industry Practitioners. Our physiotherapists are able to tailor programs to suit the needs of each group and setting. Courses are run both in clinic or onsite, dependent upon the requirements and equipment.

General Public Courses offered include

• Basic sports strapping
• Basic sports rock/ kinesiotaping
• Advanced on-field taping (this requires prior learning and experience in basic sports taping)
• Occupational health and work ergonomics
• Manual Handling Training and Safety
• Sports training progression and safe application of strength training

Health Industry Practitioner Courses offered include

• Casting and splinting of the upper and lower limb (GP and RN specific training)
• Manual Handling training and application in the health setting
