At mudgeephysio. we understand that pre- and post-natal bodies function a little differently. Our Physiotherapists are trained to manage a wide variety of pre and post natal related complaints.
We provide exercises and advice to optimise pelvic floor control, core stability and back/pelvic function in pregnancy which is important in preventing incontinence, instability and pain during pregnancy and for the years to come.
Our Physiotherapists provide specialised treatment, exercises and advice for back and pelvic pain both pre- and post-natally, as well as other pregnancy-related conditions such as Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and Rectus Diastysis.
Pre-natal Exercise Classes
Prenatal exercises classes are run throughout the year, incorporating fitness, core stability, upper and lower limb strengthening and mobility exercises. Small class sizes allows close monitoring of participants to ensure a safe and balanced workout. Appropriate from 14 to 39 weeks gestation for most pregnancies.
